2 Weeks Down

Well I've finished two weeks of the spring semester. I need to do some serious reading for my classes this week. I am going to try very hard to stay on top of the information assigned in my classes. So far I enjoy my classes, and I have good teachers. I've noticed that its hard to focus on certain material when you really dislike your teacher.......psychology hem hem. OH and I got my Grey's Anatomy on DVD and I have been watching it non-stop! I highly recommend it.

First Week

Well I've made it through the first week of the semester! As usual I have one teacher who thinks that group projects is a good idea. I have had to do a group project at least once a semester and they are never fun. There is always one person in the group who is lazy and doesn't do the work that they need to do and I always end up doing the entire project myself. One good thing is that I have a class with someone I had class with last semester so I at least know someone. I'm actually kind of excited about my nutrition class, the teacher seems very nice. Oh and I finished my first pair of knit socks for my friend and I am now on my second pair. Yay for being domestic!

Obsessed with Netflix

Since Christmas break started I've been watching a lot of Netflix on my computer. I finished Frasier and now I'm working on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I think I've watched all of SVU also. It's a great way to discover movies you've never seen before, or even heard of. I discovered a really awesome movie called Practical Magic, with Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman and I LOVE IT! I get to watch some of the TV shows that I watched as a kid like Xena: Warrior Princess and Star Trek. Good Stuff!

New to the Blogging World

I decided to start a blog so I could stay in touch with my friend while she's away in London. I'm not sure what I'm going to talk about on my blog, but I'll start with what my New Year's resolutions are. My friend, my mom, and I have made a pact to create a workout plan together. I worked out and did some Yoga a couple days ago and then took two Yoga classes which I actually really enjoyed. It helps to have someone else to do it with and to be accountable to. Hopefully this New Year's resolution will stick.
